Senior Hardware Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Program Manager to support projects in quantum computing. This role involves leading hardware subcomponent development from concept to validation, managing test & measurement systems, and overseeing HW system schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and hardware development roadmaps.

Oversee HW development, validation, and integrated system testing.

Lead quantum hardware and cryogenic fridge test system upgrades.

Conduct documentation, specification writing, and bug triages.

Work with ADO, JAMA, and other project management tools.

Present technical progress reports and track program milestones.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in HW development/validation.

2+ years of experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Project Management.

Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience with quantum computing, RF, firmware, or electronics testing is a plus.
