Software Engineer in Test

Job Title: Quality Engineer / SDET – Automation Focus (Bulk Hiring)

Location: Westlake, TX (Primary) Smithfield, RI Merrimack, NH

Duration: Long-term Contract

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and execute robust UI automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or AOi Testing

Perform RESTful API automation using REST Assured or Karate

Script and maintain automation in Java and/or Python

Collaborate across agile squads to define test strategies, plans, and data setups

Engage in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automation health reporting

Identify bugs, analyze root causes, and follow through on resolutions quickly

Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on quality delivery

Required Skills:

Strong UI Automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, or AOi)

REST API Testing (REST Assured, Karate)

Hands-on programming in Java or Python

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have:

Experience with Cypress and JavaScript

Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Background in finance or large-scale enterprise systems
