We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Audio/Media Engineer to join our post-production team. This role requires a strong background in both recording and mixing engineering, as well as hands-on experience with professional audio tools and software. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a sharp ear for detail across dialog, music, and effects.

Location: Hybrid (Glendale)
Schedule: In-Office days Mon.-Thurs; But Fridays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Execute professional-level recording and mix engineering across various media projects
Utilize Pro Tools and custom templates for editing and mixing workflows
Perform dialogue, music, and sound effects editing with a high level of quality control
Handle audio mastering and ensure projects meet loudness and delivery standards
Navigate large sound effects and music libraries using tools like Soundminer
Apply Izotope plugins and other audio repair/restoration tools effectively
Conduct thorough audio QC across all deliverables
Support audiobook production and delivery, depending on experience
Manage and organize audio assets with accurate labeling and version control
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Pro Tools and audio plug-ins (e.g., Izotope RX)
Experience editing dialogue, music, and sound effects for media production
Understanding of audio mastering practices and loudness standards
Strong file management skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with Disney IP or similar large-scale media franchises is a plus
Experience with audiobook production is a bonus
