RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Bank reconciliations
• AIA Billing
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
• Prepare monthly financials for outside CPA firm
• Prepare work-papers for auditors
• Prepare and Analyze bid documents
• Assist with administrative functions as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5+years of relative Bookkeeping experience
• Previous experience with AP, AR, and Billing
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
