Responsibilities
Build and Lead World Class Sales Team
Leading and mentoring Team
Work with account managers to generate and meet with prospective leads
Present sales related activities to Senior Level Management
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Qualifications
5+ years experience managing or building World Class Sales Team
Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce experience
MUST HAVE experience selling to Aerospace manufacturing
Bachelor's/Engineering or Finance or relevant
