Job Responsibilities

-Build new product features from the ground up with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean design.

-Take full responsibility for features—from brainstorming and planning to development, launch, and beyond.

-Work closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design to bring ideas to life.

-Balance user needs with product goals to ship thoughtful, impactful features that solve real problems.

-Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and best practices to keep our tech and UX modern and cutting-edge.

Requirements

-Full-stack development experience using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

-Proficiency with modern frontend styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or equivalent

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team

-Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, taking features from 0 to 1 (founder experience or a strong personal portfolio is a plus)

-Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with a proven ability to build user-friendly and visually polished interfaces

-Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and a track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready code quickly

-Previous experience in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred
