Healthcare training needs modernizing and this Seed funded startup are making waves by creating AI-powered simulations for clinical education. They have a fantastic opportunity for two Founding Engineers to join their team at this exciting stage of growth.

What you'll be doing:

As a Founding Engineer, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping the core technology and product experience.

Work directly with the founding team to build applications that leverage advanced language models to create realistic patient simulations and analyze healthcare interactions.

Building applications that use multiple LLM components to analyze users conversations with AI sims, check against rubrics and deliver insights.

What we're looking for

1+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a startup environment

Demonstrated experience with React/Next.js and Node.js

Background in AI/ML applications, particularly with large language models

Familiarity with database technologies and cloud infrastructure

Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders

What's in it for you:

Salary of $140,000 - $180,000 dependent on experience plus equity
