We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master who is passionate about Agile methodologies and excited to grow into a leadership role within Agile teams. This role supports the delivery team and senior Scrum Master in facilitating Agile ceremonies and improving team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling and coordinating Agile ceremonies.

Help remove day-to-day obstacles and ensure team efficiency.

Support backlog grooming and sprint planning with the Product Owner.

Track sprint progress and assist in reporting metrics.

Learn and apply Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

0–2 years of experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

Eagerness to learn and grow into a Scrum Master role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
