Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Fullstack Developer with React expertise to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall software development experience, with a strong command over modern fullstack technologies, including Java (Spring Boot) and React.js. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering high-impact applications, mentoring team members, and contributing to architecture and design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

Drive best practices for fullstack development, including clean architecture, modular code, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and DevOps.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and peers.

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the decision-making process.

Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.

Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall experience in software development.

6+ years of hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).

4+ years of strong experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Proficient in RESTful API development and integration.

Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.

Proficient in version control systems like Git and collaborative tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Salary Transparency

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
