About Rezzy

Rezzy is on a mission to revolutionize home ownership by integrating solar power and other home services into intelligent financing. We offer a streamlined solar program that helps homeowners save money, increase property value, and reduce their carbon footprint. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee Rezzy’s solar projects from site survey to system activation. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the operations backbone of the solar install process—coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction partners (EPCs), loan officers, and homeowners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

Project Oversight:

Manage active solar projects post-contract signing through to system activation (PTO).

Coordinate site surveys, system design finalization, engineering, permitting, installation, inspection, and activation.

Track progress in our project management system and update milestones daily.

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the point of contact for customers, EPCs, and internal team members throughout the solar project.

Schedule and confirm survey appointments, inspections, and installations.

Communicate proactively with homeowners to ensure they are informed, prepared, and satisfied throughout the journey.

Documentation & Reporting:

Ensure proper execution and collection of all necessary documents at each stage of the project.

Log updates, photos, and inspection outcomes to maintain an auditable and up-to-date system.

Monitor key metrics like time-in-stage, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction scores.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales Team, Loan Officers, and our partner EPCs to align schedules and solve problems quickly.

Flag any issues, delays, or failed inspections, and work with stakeholders to resolve them swiftly.

Initiate the 12-month follow-up process for eligible system expansions after PTO.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project coordination or operations (solar, real estate, or construction preferred).

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-step processes across teams and tools.

Experience working with CRMs, project management platforms, or scheduling software.

Understanding of residential solar installation processes (bonus points for Aurora or similar software).

Excellent organization, follow-through, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
