Ensure proper execution and collection of all necessary documents at each stage of the project.
Log updates, photos, and inspection outcomes to maintain an auditable and up-to-date system.
Monitor key metrics like time-in-stage, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales Team, Loan Officers, and our partner EPCs to align schedules and solve problems quickly.
Flag any issues, delays, or failed inspections, and work with stakeholders to resolve them swiftly.
Initiate the 12-month follow-up process for eligible system expansions after PTO.
