Senior Salesforce Developer – Right to Hire

Location: Hybrid – Newark, NJ

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Newark, NJ. This position is right to hire and requires expertise in designing and developing complex applications in Salesforce and cloud computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, and Salesforce Mobile applications.

Lead rollouts and enhancements for Sales & Service Clouds.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Ensure compliance with security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption, OAuth 2.0, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud computing.

Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).

Expertise in force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, and Salesforce mobile applications.

Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (required).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Copado for DevOps and release management.

Familiarity with ETL tools (DataStage, Informatica Cloud) and BI platforms (Tableau).

Knowledge of security protocols (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SSL, etc.).
