Android Developer (Fulltime)

Role: Lead Mobile Native App Developer - Android

Work Location: San Leandro, CA (Onsite)

Term: Fulltime-Permanent

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Ensure 100% code coverage for line and branch using test automations.

Implement automation testing using BDD frameworks.

Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop scalable design solutions.

Implement resilient and secure code solutions to enhance customer journey experiences and digital capabilities to automate.

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Leverage advanced troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Help maintain code quality without sonar issues / vulnerabilities

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS or Android mobile applications.

8+ years of Android (Kotlin and Jetpack) development experience.

5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.

5+ years experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both

Strong experience in design, code, test, debug, and document for projects implementations

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
