To be proficient, the ideal candidate would need to have experience with the following:
Help Desk support for approximately (100)+ end users working remote and on-prem with support for the following compute devices: Desktop PC’s, laptops, phones and tablets and peripherals (printers, scanners, docking stations etc…)
Network support for our main office (Springfield, NJ) consisting of redundant internet connections, high availability firewalls, switches, routers and wireless access points
Experience managing and configuring users, domain joined PC’s, groups, policies, cyber-security services and other key aspects of a fully cloud-based network powered by Microsoft 365 services such as Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, OneDrive etc..
Experience with supporting Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP etc..)
Experience with configuring and deploying End Point Protection Software / Anti-virus (we presently use SentinelOne)
Experience with Remote Tools (we presently use GoTo Resolve)
Experience with Messaging Apps (we use Slack and Teams)
Ability to support various cloud products such as the following:
Quickbooks
Cloud VPN software
VOIP systems
Cloud storage solutions (i.e. dropbox; Google Drive etc..)
