Ocean Import Coordinator

We’re looking for a skilled Ocean Import Coordinator to join our clients logistics team! In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end ocean import operations—from customs clearance to final delivery—ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant shipments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ocean freight imports, including customs clearance and delivery

Work with carriers, brokers, and trucking companies

Track shipments and keep customers informed

Prepare documentation (invoices, bills of lading, etc.)

Ensure compliance with trade and customs regulations

Provide top-notch customer service

Experience

Min. 3 years experience in ocean imports

Strong organization and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Cargowise experience a plus

Fluency in English (additional languages a bonus)

Location - South San Francisco

This is an onsite position - Tues - Saturday schedule

Salary - $55-65K
