Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full 360 recruitment process for direct hire Accounting & Finance roles

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Houston market

Proactively source, screen, and place high-caliber professionals in mid-to-executive-level positions

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and consultative hiring solutions

Drive business development efforts to expand the firm’s presence in Texas

Collaborate with a high-performing national team while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role

Requirements:

6-10+ years of experience in 360 Accounting & Finance recruitment (direct hire preferred)

Strong understanding of the Houston job market and finance/accounting industry trends

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
