Position: React Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 3 Days/Week Onsite)

We are looking for a 10+ Years highly skilled and experienced React Lead to join our dynamic team. As a React Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing front-end architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of React developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.

Design and implement complex, high-performance React applications.

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Work with UI/UX designers to ensure the seamless delivery of engaging user interfaces.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end technologies.

Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing efficient solutions.

Review and optimize application performance to ensure fast, responsive user experiences.

Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers.

Drive continuous improvement in the development process and work on enhancing team productivity.

Manage and coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.
