The Role

Forsman & Bodenfors is seeking a Client Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the key driver of campaign execution across multiple brands—ensuring creative work is strategically sound, delivered on time, and aligned with our clients’ goals.

You’ll serve as a day-to-day client partner, collaborating closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to bring ideas to life. Reporting to a Client Director, you’ll be responsible for managing timelines, keeping stakeholders aligned, and maintaining a clear, strategic throughline in everything we deliver.

Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts and integrated campaigns

Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their business needs and anticipating challenges

Keep projects on track—owning timelines, budgets, and the flow of information across teams

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to connect the dots across channels

Ensure every deliverable is on-brief, brand-aligned, and laddering up to client goals

Manage internal and external communications including briefs, meeting recaps, and status updates

Partner with agency collaborators to drive consistency across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints

Provide ongoing quality control and strategic oversight to ensure work reflects both excellence and intent

Actively contribute to internal team culture and knowledge-sharing

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience at a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency

Confidence managing multiple priorities and timelines across different brands

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clarity and persuasion

Deep sense of accountability, organization, and follow-through

Familiarity with the production process across TV, print, digital, and social

An eye for detail and an ability to see both the forest and the trees

Strong team orientation and ability to rally others toward a common goal

A calm, solutions-oriented mindset—even under pressure

A natural relationship builder with a collaborative and professional demeanor
