Bookkeeper

Job Title: Accountant/Bookkeeper for Custom Home Builder

We’re looking for an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage financials for our custom home building projects. You’ll handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, project cost tracking, and financial reporting.

What we need:

Experience in accounting/bookkeeping, ideally in construction or real estate.

Strong knowledge of job costing and project budgets.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).

Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company

Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

3+ years of experience in related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks

Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
