About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and project delivery for two key accounts: CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) and SKS (Signature Kitchen Suite), covering both Consumer and ProBuilder segments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strategic mindset, and is passionate about turning client goals into effective marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients across CAC and SKS.
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals and marketing priorities.
Proactively manage expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Project Management & Execution
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
Manage workstreams across Consumer and ProBuilder audiences, ensuring deliverables are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget.
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, media, digital, content) to shepherd work from brief through launch.
Strategic Thinking
Support strategic planning by gathering business insights, competitive intel, and consumer data to inform recommendations.
Ensure all creative and marketing outputs ladder back to broader client business objectives.
Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for added value, growth, and innovation.
Financial Stewardship
Manage budgets, estimates, and SOWs across both accounts.
Track ongoing project costs and support monthly billing and reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
5–7 years of account management experience in an agency or in-house environment.
Experience working with complex, matrixed clients; HVAC, home appliances, or luxury brand experience is a plus.
Strong project management and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
Familiarity with B2B and Pro channels is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience with dealer/recruiter programs, product launches, or showroom experiences.
Understanding of media and content development processes.
Passion for technology, design, and category innovation.
