Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data lineage strategies to track data flow and transformations across the organization.

• Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.

• Create and maintain complex data models to support various business applications and analytics.

• Design, optimize, and manage data pipelines for efficient data processing and integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior data engineers and analysts.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in data architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management.

• Extensive knowledge of data lineage, MDM, and data modeling techniques.

• Proven experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines.

• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.

• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
