The Role:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and tech roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. Work closely with our sales and account teams to meet client hiring needs.

What You’ll Do:

Source and recruit top IT talent

Manage end-to-end candidate process

Partner with internal teams on client delivery

Maintain strong pipelines and hit placement goals

What You Bring:

2+ years of IT/tech recruiting experience

Strong understanding of technical roles

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Based in Dallas (hybrid flexibility offered)
