We are looking for a self-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper who is experienced in NetSuite and thrives in a hands-on role managing all aspects of day-to-day accounting.

Position Overview:

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing the company's complete accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close

Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable

Maintain and reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports

Oversee payroll processing and related tax filings

Manage fixed asset schedules and depreciation

File sales/use tax and assist with annual 1099 preparation

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

Collaborate with external CPA firm during audits and tax preparation

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience in a multi-entity or multi-state environment

Payroll and benefits administration experience
