We’re partnering with a global ultra-luxury fragrance leader to find a Head of Spa and Wellness. This newly created position will lead the development of a groundbreaking global Aroma Spa concept. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of spa excellence at the intersection of refinement, rarity, and innovation.

Position

Develop and implement global spa standards aligned with the brand's ultra-luxury ethos.

Lead market analysis and expansion strategy for international spa locations.

Oversee launch and quality assurance of spa operations across multiple regions including US, Asia, EU.

Design and deliver training programs to ensure best-in-class guest experiences.

Leadership and Culture

Drive a guest-centric culture rooted in refinement, elegance, and excellence.

Mentor and develop spa leadership teams, fostering continuous improvement.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Partner cross-functionally to maintain the brand's high-performance standards.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in spa leadership and global wellness program development.

Background in an award-winning luxury spa, preferably within a luxury hotel setting, is required

Proven ability to implement high-end spa standards across diverse markets.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field; master’s preferred.

Base salary up to $170k
