Senior Information Technology Manager

About the Role:

A well-established and growing company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a results-driven and strategic IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and evolve its technology backbone. This leadership role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations and enabling future growth through scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.

Oversee systems availability, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, and engineering to support manufacturing systems.

Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and IT contracts to ensure cost-effective and secure solutions.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy policies across the organization.

Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

Mentor and lead a small team of system administrators and support personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP or CCNA

Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is strongly preferred.

Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networking, virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Experience with OT/IT integration, industrial automation systems, and manufacturing ERP systems.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
