We’re Inventure—a recruitment firm fully focused on the renewable energy market—and we’re growing. We work with some of the most exciting and innovative companies in clean tech, solar, storage, and more, and now we’re looking for someone who’s ready to help us take things to the next level.

We’re hiring a Lead Consultant—someone with 2–5 years of full desk recruiting experience, a solid track record, and the drive to build out new markets. You’ve done $100K+ quarters, won your own accounts, and you know how to hustle without burning out. You bring real energy, you like being in the mix, and you’re looking for a role where you can grow, not just grind.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

2–5 years of full desk experience (agency side)

Proven ability to win business and consistently bill

A track record of building client relationships from scratch

Someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, get scrappy, and make things happen

Based in (or willing to be in) Marina del Rey 3–4 days a week

Bonus points if you’ve worked in or around the renewable energy space, but it’s not a dealbreaker

What you’ll do:

Build and run your own desk within the renewable energy sector

Help us break into and grow new markets

Own the entire recruitment process end-to-end

Be a key part of a close-knit, high-performing team that’s scaling quickly
