About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sr. Software Development and Technical Services Manager to lead a growing technical organization across software development, IT, professional services, and customer support. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on product delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

What You’ll Do
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the technical roadmap across software, IT, and professional services
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team focused on continuous improvement and innovation
Align departmental goals with broader business objectives to drive operational efficiency and scalability
Manage team performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Software Development
Oversee the development and deployment of scalable, secure software solutions
Implement Agile/Scrum and DevOps best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product roadmaps and feature priorities
Project & Professional Services
Manage customer-facing implementations, training, and onboarding
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical projects within scope and budget
Establish and track success metrics for service delivery and customer satisfaction
Technical Support & IT Oversight
Lead the internal IT and technical support function, including infrastructure and cybersecurity alignment
Improve support ticketing workflows, escalation processes, and customer-facing documentation
Analyze technical issues and customer feedback to drive enhancements and preventive measures
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
10+ years in a technical leadership role, managing software development and IT/support functions
Hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams (development, IT, support, professional services)
Strong background in SaaS, systems integration, and customer implementation projects
Experience managing Agile and DevOps environments
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Preferred Skills
Experience with C#/.NET environments
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity practices
Exposure to technologies such as barcoding, RFID, or asset tracking (a plus)
Strong communication and executive presence
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site required)
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 DOE + Bonus
