As a Senior Hardware Engineer, your work will directly help millions of people globally—empowering inclusive communication in real time. Design new embedded systems that power the innovative products our customers rely on.

Support our hardware production team by helping debug issues and building certification-ready test plans.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in circuit design or embedded systems engineering

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design

Proficiency in at least one modern software development or hardware description language

Hands-on expertise with schematic design, power supply analysis, and PCB layout tools—ideally Siemens PADS

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset

A natural mentor—willing to support and uplift junior engineers

You take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in change

Organised, resilient, and motivated by high standards—you take pride in hitting your metrics while helping others hit theirs

Bonus Points For:

Experience with microwave and/or RF design

Circuit board layout skills

Background in project management
