Senior Dotnet Developer

Position: Senior .NET Developer – Houston, TX (Hybrid)

A growing team in Downtown Houston is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to lead the development of scalable web and mobile applications. This role focuses on building robust, secure, and high-performance solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in .NET Core, Xamarin, and SQL Server, along with a passion for clean code and collaborative development.

Work Environment:

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Office located in Downtown Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using .NET Core, Xamarin, and Razor Pages.

Design and consume RESTful APIs for system integration.

Work with Entity Framework and SQL Server for data modeling and backend logic.

Build responsive UI components using MVC, Telerik, and Kendo UI.

Collaborate with QA, designers, and business analysts to define technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Contribute to architectural and design decisions for new and existing systems.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in .NET Core and Xamarin application development.

Strong skills in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and back-end integration.

Proficiency with REST APIs, Razor Pages, and responsive front-end frameworks.

Familiarity with Telerik and Kendo UI is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to contribute to design discussions and mentor junior developers when needed.
