Records Coordinator

Responsible for asset data entry and documentation within the Cascade system, which tracks regulators, capacitors, and reclosers. This role ensures data accuracy, supports cross-team coordination, and maintains up-to-date records.

IN OFFICE LOUISVILLE, KY

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage asset data in the Cascade database

Coordinate with teams to verify and gather asset information

Maintain detailed documentation of asset movements

Use Excel to organize, sort, and analyze data

Work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Qualifications:

Experience with data entry and database systems

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Intermediate Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Additional Details:

Training held on-site at Jennings Lane (near Newburg Rd & Watterson Expressway)

Primary work location shifts to downtown Louisville after training (parking provided)

Hybrid work schedule available post-training
