All Ears! Center in The Woodlands, TX is a fast-growing Listening and Spoken Language Center committed to LSL Excellence. We have an opening for a 3rd LSL Clinician to join our highly skilled team. Join us and benefit from up to 6 weeks of comprehensive LSL coaching from Joanna Smith, M.S., CCC-SLP, LSLS Cert. AVT, co-founder and former CEO of Hearts for Hearing in Oklahoma City.

Whether you're an experienced LSL or just getting started with your LSL certification through the A.G. Bell Academy, this unique opportunity will hone your LSL/Auditory-Verbal skills. All Ears! Center is changing the lives of children who are learning to listen, speak, and read, on their way to mainstream education. We are eager to welcome you to our recently expanded, family focused and collaborative speech/audiology LSL center. Qualifications

REQUIRED: a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an

accredited institution and a member of the American-Speech-Language-Hearing

Association holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence. Has a license to

practice speech-language pathology from the Texas Board of Examiners for

Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Current member of AG Bell

Academy for Listening and Spoken Language with certification as Listening and

Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS) or actively obtaining a LSLS certification.

Solves problems with effective decisions and makes decisions in a timely

manner.

Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills.

Deals effectively with change and can function without knowing all the answers.

Learns quickly when confronting new challenges.

Relates well to individuals inside and outside of the organization.

Is open to feedback and incorporates feedback productively.

Demonstrates self-awareness to behavioral tendencies and patterns.

Is able to travel for conferences, training or other actions as requested by LSL

Director or Executive Director.

Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
