Director of Business Development - Direct Hire - Hybrid - Spring Grove, PA

Monday- Friday with 2 days working in the office

Salary range 90k-110k + performance bonus potential

Manpower Direct Hire Placement is assisting an amazing company in hiring a Director of Business Development to join their team. The right candidate will come from a sales background in general contracting or millwright work, and be able to read estimates and understand estimates.

Additional Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, millwork firms, and key stakeholders.

Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and accountability standards.

Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in commercial construction.

Review bids, proposals, and contracts to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness.
