Senior Operations Engineer – Manufacturing

The Role:

The Senior Operations Engineer will support and improve moderately to highly complex manufacturing systems. This role involves mentoring other engineers, initiating and implementing process improvements, and supporting smooth production operations with a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a go-to expert for process-related issues on the manufacturing floor

Lead and support production system process improvements

Initiate and implement capital improvement projects driven by capacity, capability, and safety needs

Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and engineering tools

Drive implementation of complex engineering changes and act as a change agent within the business

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field required

4+ years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering (or equivalent combination of experience and advanced education)

Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixturing

Proficient in CNC programming and strategies, CAD modeling, CAM processing, and CNC simulation

Able to read/interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles

Familiarity with inspection methods, gauges, and SPC techniques

Need Expertise in below Skills:
