Solution Architect Consultant – Oracle ORMB & Fusion
About the Opportunity:
Our client is embarking on a significant digital transformation initiative and seeks a highly skilled Solution Architect to play a pivotal role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the migration of customers from a legacy APAR system to a modern Oracle ORMB and Fusion environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration across a complex ecosystem, including AWS and a Lakehouse architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to thoroughly define project requirements and architect robust and effective solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration aspects, meticulously overseeing data interactions between various source datasets, such as the Lakehouse, and the target Oracle ORMB and Fusion systems.
Lead critical discussions to foster alignment between business objectives and technical strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to solution design and implementation.
Drive and manage intricate integration efforts, guaranteeing the smooth and reliable flow of data from diverse sources into the Lakehouse and all relevant downstream systems.
Proactively identify potential risks, effectively troubleshoot emerging issues, and recommend well-considered preventative solutions.
Act as a key liaison and extension of the Enterprise Architect team, ensuring clear and consistent communication and diligent execution of architectural guidelines.
Leverage expertise in Pharmacy Adjudication processes and the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain, if applicable, to enhance solution design and implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated and substantial experience in Oracle ORMB and Fusion, with a strong emphasis on integration methodologies and solution architecture principles.
Proven expertise in the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level data integrations across a variety of platforms and technologies.
Hands-on experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Lakehouse architectures.
Exceptional business communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A track record of successfully leading discussions with cross-functional teams and effectively managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience specifically within Pharmacy Claim Adjudication processes and the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain is highly desirable.
