IT Service Desk Agent
Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA
Pay: $20 - $21/hour
Contract: 12 months (potential for extension or permanent hire)
A large financial services company is looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to provide top-notch technical support. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Answer IT support calls and resolve issues quickly
Provide excellent customer service with active listening and empathy
Use a knowledge base and ticketing system to track and solve problems
Communicate clearly via phone, chat, and documentation
Collaborate with teams and follow company policies
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED (plus relevant work experience)
2-5 years of chat support experience in a fast-paced setting
Strong problem-solving skills & self-motivation
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues
