Job Description

We are seeking a Loan Processor to support our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth loan processing, supporting originators, and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter loan and customer data into our system with accuracy.

Work closely with loan originators, brokers, and borrowers to gather required documents and information.

Review and validate loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements.

Coordinate with operations teams (underwriters, processors, closers) to facilitate loan processing.

Support sales in pipeline management and daily follow-ups.

Assist with various operational projects to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Finance, or Lending preferred.

Strong analytical skills to identify trends and improve sales processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt in a high-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with complex data.

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for both internal and external interactions.

Education:

BA/BS degree preferred

3.5+ GPA required
