What You'll Do:
Maintain & Revise SOPs – Keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date, with structured revisions every six months.
Reinforce Performance Metrics – Analyze AR metrics and coach the team on areas falling below expectations with focused improvement plans.
Identify & Eliminate Errors – Spot internal process gaps and implement proactive strategies to reduce billing errors and delays.
Train New Joiners & Cross-Train Teams – Lead comprehensive onboarding for new hires and provide refresher sessions across departments as needed.
Adapt to Organizational Changes – When company or departmental changes occur, adjust processes accordingly and train your team on updates promptly.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Address recurring issues with other departments, reinforcing accountability and continuous improvement.
Negotiate & Resolve Disputes – Manage escalations, communicate professionally with delinquent clients, and guide the team on best practices for resolution.
Analyze Data & Spot Trends – Use WorkDay and other tools to evaluate financial trends, identify opportunity areas, and drive informed decision-making.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience
️ WorkDay Experience – Solid understanding of WorkDay AR module or similar ERP tools
SOP Writing Skills – Proven ability to create, maintain, and improve process documentation
Leadership Background – Previous team leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience is essential
Strong Communication Skills – Professional, clear, and persuasive written and verbal communication
Team Motivator – Ability to inspire others, build trust, and lead by example
Conflict Resolution & Negotiation Skills – Adept at navigating challenging conversations and achieving outcomes
Analytical Mindset – Comfort with numbers and data analysis to guide decisions and performance reviews
Results-Oriented – Focused on achieving measurable financial goals and optimizing outcomes
️ Organized & Flexible – Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
Credit Market Awareness – Understanding of current economic trends and their effect on AR performance
Growth Mindset – Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, trends, and methodologies
Fluency in Spanish – Required to communicate with bilingual teams and clients effectively
️ Willingness to Travel – Up to 15% travel for training, collaboration, and support
