About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and implementing solutions tailored to end-user requirements under the guidance of leads and managers. They will document processes, write test cases, and support the Test Plan.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition to MYNT for Taxation's mailroom optimization project

Technical writing and review of processes for multiple business lines

Content management for the Project SharePoint site

Provide guidance to other contract staff

Document processes for both business and technical within the department

Write test cases and work with the Quality Analyst

Evaluate and rebrand documentation for Project MYNT

Understand and assist with Functional and Technical Requirements

Document AS-IS and TO-BE business platforms and processes

Support modernization preparations and implementation phases

Organize and attend Department meetings

Review and prepare content for internal publication and distribution

Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Conduct discovery meetings with Departmental staff

Assist MYNT Team members with documenting processes

Manage Standard Operating Procedures for MYNT processes

Content management and posting for the Team's SharePoint site

Create Testing Outlines & Test Cases

Develop training materials for process transition

Support training of Department specific AI models

Review and document security configurations

Define and quantify baseline and reporting metrics for Department initiatives
