A boutique hotel in Fayetteville, AR is looking for an Executive Chef to run operations!
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine, preferably in a full-service property.
Boutique hotel experience a plus
Demonstrated success in improving key performance metrics related to the Food & Beverage department and guest satisfaction.
Culinary degree preferred.
Responsibilities
Align with team goals, measuring success through the hotel's Food & Beverage profitability and service performance.
Enhance the culinary experience by elevating food quality and presentation for guests.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of culinary team members.
Drive business strategy, setting margins and managing operations against projections
