Requirements:

2+ years of similar sales experience in a senior leadership position

Demonstrated success in sales leadership, preferably in the hospitality sector, with proven revenue results.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and the unique demands of this segment.

Expectations:

Design and implement a results-driven sales strategy that supports hotel objectives and enhances market positioning.

Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service standards across all sales touchpoints.

Identify and pursue key market segments, including corporate clients, group bookings, travel agencies, and local partnerships.
