What You’ll Do:
Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly financial statements and support key reporting needs.
Handle bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments to vendors/customers.
Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Help refine processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across all financial operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Expertise in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GAAP procedures and local/state accounting practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines.
