Palmetto Internal Medicine is the private internal medicine practice of Dr. Edward Tillitz, D.O., located in the heart of Columbia, SC. We have a small staff and provide personalized care to our patients in a membership-style environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Certified Phlebotomy Technician role located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Certified Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for tasks such as medical terminology, laboratory skills, laboratory medicine, customer service, and venipuncture. You will be working in a small primary care office with few staff members. You may be asked to help with other tasks around the office as well and will receive any needed training if necessary.

Medical Terminology and Laboratory Medicine skills

Laboratory Skills and Venipuncture skills

Customer Service skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician

Experience working in a medical setting
