Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee chemical manufacturing operations with a focus on cogeneration systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in chemical production and energy systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize chemical manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team of operators, engineers, and technicians.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Monitor performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial operations.
