CBTS is Searching for a Field Support Specialist onsite between Suffolk, VA and Chester, VA for a 10-12 week long contract supporting iPads/iOs devices
Responsibilities:
CBTS resources will help class attendees troubleshoot any device issues such as iOS updates needed, app updates needed, and basic iOS device navigation.
Flexibility to travel to different MOD Locations.
Assist with iPad Case Swap
Assist class attendees with getting support in the event of password resets being required, user licenses being required or other device/application issues that a user would typically request support for.
The intention of the services provided is to allow the course trainer to be focused on training while the CBTS field support Specialist supports users with troubleshooting device issues.
