Summary of role
The MarTech Manager will oversee and optimize HPO’s marketing technology stack, manage integrations between different platforms, implement new tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively supported by technology, and ultimately driving business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
The role partners closely with leads across the Marketing, Analytics and Technology organizations to identify and pursue growth opportunities, measure the impact of our efforts, and optimize our marketing investments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Marketing technologies integration: manage data integrations across key platforms, including tag/pixel setups, digital ad platforms, inbound call systems (Ringba, Regal), CDP platform (Hightouch), CRM systems, email marketing tools (Braze), etc.
Documenting, monitoring and QA of marketing tools integrations.
Martech change management: manage implementation of new marketing technology rollouts. Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of marketing toolsTechnology strategy development: develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the organization.
Training and support: provide training and support to marketing teams on how to effectively use marketing technologies, ensuring that team members are equipped to leverage these tools for maximum impact.
Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and other departments.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
6+ years of experience in marketing technology or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position
Proven experience managing and integrating MarTech platforms and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management platforms, CDPs). Experience leading marketing technology implementations is a strong plus.
Deep experience using Google Tag Manager and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap etc.)
Solid understanding of measurement methodologies for online and offline marketing channels including attribution, A/B testing, purchase funnel optimization.
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, aggregation, and presentation.
Data curiosity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability in bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
• Health insurance sector experience
• Knowledge of the Alteryx platform
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
