A ServiceNow Architect specializing in Health and Safety designs, implements, and maintains ServiceNow solutions for managing health and safety processes, ensuring compliance, and improving workplace safety.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Health & Safety solutions, including incident reporting, risk assessments, and compliance management.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Health & Safety Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of health and safety principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
Design and implement solutions that support effective health and safety management, including incident reporting, risk assessments, and compliance management.
Ensure that ServiceNow solutions are used to improve workplace safety and reduce risks.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years as an architect.
Experience in Health & Safety, EHS, Risk Management, or Compliance-related solutions.
Knowledge of Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Exerience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (HR, ERP, EHS platforms).
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, GDPR, etc.).
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Safe Workplace, HRSD, ITSM, GRC, and custom app development.
