Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and polished Help Desk Support Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced investment firm. This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (1–3 years of experience) to gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies while learning the ins and outs of the buy-side financial industry. You’ll be mentored by experienced technologists and given the tools to grow — both technically and professionally — from day one.
What You'll Do:
Provide first-level IT support to users across the firm
Troubleshoot and escalate hardware, software, and connectivity issues as needed
Support Microsoft-based environments (Windows, Office, etc.)
Assist with user account setup, permissions, and configuration
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve issues and improve support workflows
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to contribute to the team’s knowledge base
