Healthcare Recruiters International recruits a Hospice Executive Director to work for a national hospice and home healthcare provider. This ED will work in the Alpharetta branch and cover a small branch in Kennesaw, a small branch in Decatur, and an IPU in Cummings. The ED oversees the hospice's operations, management, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

ED, Hospice will oversee the day-to-day operations for the hospice

ED, Hospice will manage the hospice’s programs and services.

ED, Hospice will oversee the hospice's budgeting, financial planning, and operations.

ED, Hospice will ensure that the hospice meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements from local, state, and federal agencies.

ED, Hospice will oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation.

Hospice Executive Director – Healthcare Qualifications

Hospice experience in operations management for a minimum of 2 years

Multi-site Experience in hospice with a background in home healthcare is a plus

Georgia RN License

Meets the regulations and requirements of GA to which the program provides services

Strong P and L/Operations Experience in a hospice branch

Deep understanding of the hospice philosophy of care, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and services.
