Our client is a National Staffing firm with office 900 + offices and they are looking for a recruiter for their Princeton, NJ location. The incumbent will be responsible for high volume recruiting and work closely with the Franhise Owner and Business Developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Recruitment and Retention: Recruit, interview, and match skilled Accounting and Finance Professionals with clients, and provide career guidance to candidates.

Placement Activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with clients and consultants on engagements, to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of Full Cycle recruitment

Ability to work in a fast paced environment where client requirements can change frequently

Strong organization and planning skills including follow-through and time management

Sales Capability, able to sell the candidate on a job opportunity and sell the client on the candidate

Problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively

Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office
