Job Description:

Position: Finance Change Manager - SAP S4/HANA Migration Program

- Conduct in-depth change impact analysis for Finance

- Assess Finance training needs and collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective trainings

- Plan, develop and execute Finance communications

- Collaborate with cross-functional change management teams to prepare and execute program communications

- Closely partner with Finance project managers, Finance business teams and cross-functional change management teams to ensure organizational readiness, smooth execution, and successful adoption of SAP S4/HANA.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in change management, particularly within finance and SAP environments.

- Strong skills in impact analysis, communication, training development, and stakeholder management.

- Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA and its impact on finance processes.

- Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
