Web Content Specialist

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.

Duties:

Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging based on their intent and objectives

Work within an internal framework to build, test, and release digital messages to the web and mobile banking application

Apply analytical thinking to create targeting that ensures messages are delivered to the intended audience

Work within Insomnia to call GET and POST requests to test and troubleshoot messaging logic

Work in Web browsers, Xcode, and Android Studio to test messages on various channels

Communicate closely with various individuals and teams on the status of assigned projects

Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, or other sources as requested

Follow established team processes and engage in process improvement

Desired Skills/Experience:

2+ years of digital marketing experience

1+ years of experience within digital marketing

1+ years of campaign, content, or messaging testing experience

Client-relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills

Detail-oriented, tech savvy, naturally curious

Ability to translate technical jargon to non-technical marketing associates

Ability to quickly pick up on complex systems with initial trainings

Experience with Immulator, Android Studio, Insominia, Xcode, APIs, Workfront, Tableau, Splunk
